Our Dossier has made it overseas!!

Due to the volcano our Dossier paperwork was delayed in the United States for several days. I checked the tracking on UPS and it is now in Madrid, Spain. YEA!! It made it overseas!! Our facilitator should get it on Wednesday. What this means?? I am not sure. I will update as we have more info to share. Please pray for things to process quickly so we can go get our boy!!
