We had our garage sale the past 2 days to benefit our adoption and we raised over $1600. We had so many families bring us things to sell and we appreciate it so much. The weather was even better than expected. All those prayers for sunshine were answered. PRAISE GOD!!

We may also be doing a raffle very soon so be on the lookout for more info. Thanks again to everyone who helped make our garage sale a huge success. Thank you especially to my Mom for all the long hours putting it together and working so hard. Thank you also to Kathy for all your help laying things out and getting the clothing racks. Thanks also to Mary for the clothing rack and for coming to help today. Thanks to Carol for being our errand runner and for making the yummy baked goods. We had the joy of meeting so many wonderful people and even some neighbors that we have not met in the 6 years we have been here. It is amazing how many people one can meet just by sitting outside. We ought to do this more often.
